BioSo, you want a bit about me, hmm? Alright. I'll tell you. My name is Cayden Alana Smith and I am a muggle-raized witch. My birth mother was too young to take care of a child so, shortly after my birth, she gave me up for adoption. A delightful pair of muggles named Matthew and Lauren adopted me after trying unsuccessfully to have a child of their own. That's perfectly fine with me, though. Whats even better is I am an only child.
Until I recieved my letter about Hogwarts, my parents and I lived above their tattoo and piercing studio in Surrey. It was quite fascinating, really, having body modification a part of my daily life. Not that I've done any growing up. Although, admittedly, I did pull the occational prank on unsuspecting customers and tell them that I would be doing their piercing or tattoo. On rare occations, they'd actually believe me.
Anyway, school at Hogwarts was definitely a change of pace. I was a student in Ravenclaw and looked upon as odd because I prefered doing things the muggle way. True, magic was fun to use and I did enjoy learning how to be an Animagi (my form is a Peregrine Falcon) but I missed being what I considered normal.
After graduating, I worked in my parents shop for a couple years, saving money for my own place. With the help of family and friends, I opened my own muggle-style coffee shop in Diagon Alley, complete with shelves of various books from both the Muggle and the Wizarding world.
I enjoy cooking, sewing, drinking coffee and playing my guitar. My shop has an open mic night on occation so its likely you'll see me there.
Thats my story so far.
Lets see, what do I look like?
Well, I'm a little bit under average height for a girl. Only about 5'7, really. I have a high metabolism so I'm quite thin. 115 pounds, to be honest. Don't be jealous. I hate it.
I have mid-back length curly brown hair. Or, wavy, rather. Grey eyes. Terrible to have. So sensitive to light.
Distinguishing marks, hmm. I have a lip piercing and a pair of wings tattoo'd onto my back.
I also have a very light amount of grey in my hair, due to recent events.
